The concept of trade has two dimensions: an economic one and a legal one. The economic dimension refers to the mediation in the circulation of economic goods from production to consumption, while the legal dimension to the processing and processing of goods, ie industry and handicrafts. Therefore, in Greek commercial law, the concept of trade includes all the activities and relationships with which the circulation of economic goods from the producer to the consumer takes place, including the industrial conversion of the raw material into useful goods. It also has peculiarities, being a special branch of private law. Characteristic are the submissive nature of its provisions, the increased protection of the third party, the unjustifiability of the obligations arising from the commercial transactions and the collective satisfaction of the creditors in case of commercial insolvency. The use of legal services in commercial transactions is expedient for the protection of the parties but also of the transactions in general. Preventive involvement of a lawyer in transactions is in any case more effective than his involvement after the occurrence of problems. His role in trade relations is therefore not limited to protection in the narrow sense of the interests of his client, but at the same time extends to ensuring the transparency of trade. This drastically reduces the chances of the trade ending up at a loss for one or the other party and consequently in litigation.
